Just outside of YaYa’s dentist appointment was this fog covered patch of tree lined grass. After passing it on the way in, I couldn’t help myself. I just had to go back outside and try to capture the awed feeling it left me with. Thank goodness, most of the time, I have a camera with me.
I just love the mornings where my morning on-the-go routine is oddly breathtaking. As my little car crests the highway onramp, and the sea of traffic comes into view, I gasp at the beautiful backdrop of the sunlit hills. The contrasting serene and bustling energies bring a smile to my face. I feel so lucky to be at the heart of high-tech yet so close to the mountains, beach, and farmlands.
I have lived in this part of the states for all my life but only now have I really come to appreciate it for all that it is. Even so, it’s not every morning that I feel this appreciative of the many ways I am blessed. Today, I am so happy to start off my day feeling such joy and love for life and everyone in it.
