after a long winter’s nap
I just woke from a long winter’s nap: 12 hours actually. After spending most of yesterday doubled over with abdominal pain, I am glad to wake feeling fine. I have to say that it sure got me thinking about my body and how important it is to listen to it, and give it the respect it deserves. I try, but honestly I could do a lot better. I suppose we all could.

Congrats, that is exactly twice my 6 hour “nap”, you are good to go for two days now.. I’ll promise to do better.
