This time of year, my rose bushes do what they can to keep me from cutting them back for the winter. Each year it’s always a challenge to choose the right time. They seem to say, “Just one more week.” And who could blame me for giving in? Just look at them.
On a dark, cloudy day, they are exactly what I need to keep a smile on my face.
