I’ve been making a concerted effort to eat healthier and keep better track of my caloric intake. Notice, I’m not saying that I’m dieting. Although the intent is indeed weight loss, I wouldn’t call it that because, to me, that implies a drastic change in what I eat. For the most part, this isn’t that sort of exercise. If I want a cookie, I eat a cookie…but I make myself track it (usually BEFORE I eat it so that I can see how it affects the daily numbers).
Fortunately, we have this lovely little health foods store within walking distance from the office. Just look at all the vivid colors of the yummy fruits and veggies. It’s a healthy eater’s paradise.
