There is something visually pleasing about this hallway.
- The various shapes
- The contrasting lights
- The green and yellow walls
- and floor tiles
I just love all of the unique patterns brought together in the often forgotten hallway of the office.

After a weekend break, we returned to work to find the majority of the trees on the neighboring property had been removed. What’s more, we were told that the ivy would be “trimmed” as well. I was relieved that the tree removal occurred on the weekend so that there wasn’t a repeat occurrence of my car getting covered with fallen tree branches. However, if the section of fence that has just been completely stripped of the lovely ivy covering it is any indication of what is to come, I am a little sad. The neighboring company’s yard is not a sight to behold.
*sigh*
At least we still have trees on the back fence.
It’s still winter, but there are signs of spring popping up all around. It’s encouraging. I am looking forward to the sun rising a little earlier too. Please make it happen soon.
Fathead pizza isn’t for everybody. Made with primarily almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and an egg, this pizza dough is perfect for those who are carb conscious. No spiking your glucose/insulin levels with this — unless, of course, you add a butt load of carbohydrate rich toppings.
It is shown here with Rao’s marinara and some pepperoni. The crust crisped up nicely in my toaster oven. I was delish.
A cyclist was hit by a car and lost their life very close to this spot. I am not 100% sure but I believe it was a student on their way to school. It happened several years ago.
The city just recently completed the installation of a protected bike lane and a side walk for the pedestrians traveling on this side of street.
Change takes time, I guess.
