I especially love watching the start of YaYa’s races. The intense focus in the moments leading up to the start. When runners set down their blocks and prepare for the gun to fire, they are setting themselves up mentally, physically and spiritually/emotionally. It’s fantastic!
Do you ever wonder what life would be like if you approached each activity with this same sort of focus?

Thanks Vince! It’s great hearing from you. I’m having a lot of fun watching Ryan running track. His other event is pole vaulting! He’s still learning it but the progress that he has made so far still amazes me. I am sure that a photo of him will be coming soon.
