The hardest part about meditation is actually carving out the time to come to the mat.
Once there, everything finds a way. My breathing finds ease. My mind relaxes. Tension melts away. And, sometimes, answers even come.
Then comes the second hardest part of meditation: This is pulling yourself away from it in order to get on with your day.

Never heard it described that way. Makes so much sense. Makes me wonder why more people don’t employ meditation.
