For the first time in several days, I rolled out my mat. With compassion and awareness, I began moving from one resting pose to another. When I felt my tendon pull, I relaxed body and mind, then moved my focus to my breathing. I didn’t force, didn’t pull. I invited and watched. There wasn’t much more I could do.
It would seem that this is going to be a long test in patience for me. Nonetheless, I have an appointment for some body work tomorrow and a chiropractic appointment on Monday.
Well at least you’re in touch with yourself enough to know what works. Keep that going and you’ll be feeling better every time on the mat.
