OMG! I started watching this movie and got HOOKED. Of course, not everyone will see this movie in the way that I do. To me, the title speaks more to the love that is lost (rather than what the trailer might lead you to believe). It also has sort of a shit happens paradigm too.
I actually like that the movie is presented as a love story but that it is more about grief than anything else. I might not have downloaded it tonight had I known the real storyline.
The movie does a good job of illustrating the stuckness that can and does occur on one’s journey. Even more, it does a fantastic job of portraying how good some are at pretending to have healed.
Right as the movie was hitting the part where the issues are faced and resolutions are finally worked on, my phone beeped it’s you’ve-got-mail beep. Surprise! Apparently Mr United’s wheels have finally touched ground. He sent me a “quick note to say hello” before he pushing back for another 3-day trip.
*sheepish grin*
I wasn’t thinking. I was impulsive. I responded within minutes of receiving his email — at midnight! I’m just hoping that my quick and real response doesn’t scare him. Something tells me that he isn’t accustomed to someone as connected as me.

Remind him, airline policy, no e-mails from the cabin while he is en route!

Great! If he’s on the computer at 11:45, I think he’s connected too.
