It’s been quite the week (already) and we haven’t made it over the hump just yet. By Tuesday night, I was beside myself with a bad case of woah-is-me. I started thinking about how challenging the last 9 months have been. And still, I’ve gotten by trying to see the positive side of things – noting how much worse they could be. It works for a while but eventually it starts to worry you; you just don’t know what’s coming next.
Fortunately, I have the excitement/nervousness of the Spartan Race Event to busy my mind less I wallow in the Pit of Despair. The course map was released today and it looks to be a doozy. Have I run, lifted, pulled and pushed hard enough? I don’t know. But it will have to do as I can’t make it up now. I can only knock on wood that the next set of challenges are merely the obstacles we will encounter on the race course.
Of course I super happy that BOTH YaYa and BoBo will be racing (relative term) with me.

You will do fine and I am sure have fun, regardless how the actual performance goes. Love the Fergus Fam is doing it “together!!!!!””
Love you all!!!!
