Word on the street is that these tasty little berries actually have anti-depressant properties. Filled with wonderful antioxidants and other goodness, blueberries supposedly improve brain health and vision, reduce cholesterol, fight cancer, and prevent constipation.
After eating this bowl full of berries, I should be feeling fabulous soon.
I wonder if it helps to heal sprained ankles too.
My ankle is blowing up like gum-chewing Violet Beauregarde and I’m not about to be subjected to the juicer.

Blueberries are a favorite for me, for many of the nutritional reasons you mention. Maybe a frozen package of them will help with that swollen ankle.
