Watching the American flag wave and sway is something quite lovely. There’s so much more that a picture just can’t capture.

I’m still not able to run. Sometimes, in fact, I can hardly walk. There’s a very distinct yowch in my calf muscles (occasionally in my knee too) that is just not ready for me to resume running. Perhaps soon…but not just yet. Ronin doesn’t mind though.

This may be small but it’s fully loaded with the good stuff: DARK CHOCOLATE for sipping and recovering.
