The pacific ocean, at least in our parts, is not the warmest water you’ll find. It’s REALLY cold.

Every family has a special way they approach the holidays. Our house had a unique way that Santa’s naughty and nice list was presented. Instead of the threat of receiving a stocking full of coal, the boys were told that they would receive two boogers and a box rocks if their name ended up on the naughty list.  

After seeing these word rocks, I am looking at this concept in a whole new light. Being a little bit naughty might not be so bad.

I love the vivid colors in our trees this time of year. Brighter than previous years, and so festive. I just love it.

I’m so blessed to have so many beautiful people in my life. Their beauty is more than skin deep, although there is that too. It’s in the way that they live and love. It goes right to their core.

People leave their mark on this world in varying ways.

Hopefully, you do not leave your mark in the way that some people have. Taken along the pier at Seal Beach, this picture reveals an ugly truth. Please, help pick up the litter that others have left and encourage others to do the same. This is our home.
