You almost didn’t notice him off to the side of the trailhead. For some odd reason, this guy in a white coat sort of blended into the landscape. He was painting the cement bridge at the entrance to the park. This picturesque scene, which greets us each weekend, is one that I never take for granted. I was happy to see him working to capture it.
In the short conversation with him, this aspiring artist said he wanted his painting to be in a style similar to the famous French painter, Jean Baptiste Camille Carot.
