Family and friends are slowly getting used to my obsession with photographing anything and everything — including them.
A while back, I overheard BoBo telling his friends “My Mom is like the paparazzi.” These days, he recognizes the value in preserving the moment or, more accurately, the value in Mom capturing a moment that he might like to add to his Facebook page.
However, on occasion I have received the hand-over-face attempt to skirt the photo in response to my paparazzi styling. I find that really annoying. I mean, seriously, there are times when I wish I had someone to capture the candid shots of me doing my thing be it running, playing, laughing, or just plain kicking back. Most shots of myself are self portraits and therefore do not have the candidness of photos taken on the sly.
Did you know that people actually hire their own personal paparazzi? Maybe I could be personal paparazzi to someone more appreciative. Or maybe I could hire one for myself.
