Some people seem to have gifted with an excess of musical talant. You know the ones: The self-taught, multi-instrument types.
This guy played about five different instruments during today’s fun little outdoor gig. I was pretty much awed mid-sound check — where he gave me a sampling from two of the instruments.
It’s seems absolutely crazy that we’re “watching” YaYa’s food intake in an effort to keep him at the Junior Pee Wee level. Rather than stopping him from eating a forbidden food, I am finding that I have to remind him to “EAT!” Even then, a call home only reveals that he never followed through. I don’t get it.
Well, it’s now 4 pm, his ride to practice will be coming in 20 minutes, and he is (hopefully) eating some lunch. And I am wondering if I should call again to see if that food ever made it into his mouth or if he somehow got distracted between the phone and the fridge.
