Speaking of worrying about your loved ones…
Check out YaYa as he scooters from summer school to my office.
He HAD a helmet when I dropped him off this morning but where IS it?
Oh, it’s in the backpack. That’s a great place to have it – especially if one was to fall and hit their head or get hit by a car.
Is that likely to happen? Probably not but still.
Yeah, I let him have it and, tomorrow, there will be no scooter.

Life is a journey and, for me, running is a huge part of it. Just like a great run, it has easy and tough parts. It is beautiful at times and ugly at others. Hopefully, I will reach the finish feeling good about what I have accomplished and leave a long trail of bread crumbs to show, those that wish to know, where I have been.
