Golden Gate
There is something about the Golden Gate Bridge. I always see it in a new light, no matter how often I’ve seen it before. And every time, it seems, my breath is taken away.

Life is a journey and, for me, running is a huge part of it. Just like a great run, it has easy and tough parts. It is beautiful at times and ugly at others. Hopefully, I will reach the finish feeling good about what I have accomplished and leave a long trail of bread crumbs to show, those that wish to know, where I have been.
The times I traveled in San Fran, I really enjoyed going across the bridge.

30 Jun 10 at 7:31 am #one of the highlights of the AvonWalk a couple of years ago for me was walking across the bridge… Of course it was more fun on the way out to Mill Valley than coming back at the end of the day…
But, yes, an American icon to be sure, and beautiful no matter the weather or the viewpoint.
