superset me

My arms have that nice quivery feeling right now.  You know the feeling.  It’s the one you get when you’ve just completed a sweet strength workout.

I now have a new strength routine to (hopefully) rejuvenate my enthusiasm for strength and core.  I only hope that I can remember all of the combos in each of the supersets that my friend showed me.

I’d really like the idea of getting a good strength and cross training routine going before launching into marathon training once again.  Ideally, I’d like to drop a few pounds too.
