I just wonder what it would be like to live in a remote place where you couldn't get to every big box store in the country within 20 minutes and just had to do without. I suspect it would be both serene and very inexpensive. Some days I wonder why I'm trying so hard. Other days I'm worried it's not enough and I'm really fighting some sort of battle I can't win. The days I'm not too tired and not thinking about how hard it all is are probably the best, cause I'm riding the high, like the top of a wave... this weekend I'll be sitting quietly with my kids by a fire, wishing I could be doing this all the time.
