Shake, Rattle, and Roll
Recently, Runner Susan wrote a blog post about a iPhone app called ShakeItPhoto. Her photos looks so fun, I just had to download the app myself and give it a shake, rattle, and roll.
Here are just a few of the cool photos YaYa and I have taken using ShakeItPhoto:
We have been having so much fun with this app — it might as well be a game. It is well worth the 99 cents.

Life is a journey and, for me, running is a huge part of it. Just like a great run, it has easy and tough parts. It is beautiful at times and ugly at others. Hopefully, I will reach the finish feeling good about what I have accomplished and leave a long trail of bread crumbs to show, those that wish to know, where I have been.
