   Lil Sis thought it was great too, but she said it looked very painful! Perhaps “Bobby” has a feel for pain, like having a baby? At least the labor only lasted 35 minutes! 11 mpm pace she thought wasn’t bad either for 2 weeks training (more like 3 times running up to a mile!) There is an athlete in him! Must be in the genes!! Awesome job!

Hello and welcome

Life is a journey and, for me, running is a huge part of it. Just like a great run, it has easy and tough parts. It is beautiful at times and ugly at others. Hopefully, I will reach the finish feeling good about what I have accomplished and leave a long trail of bread crumbs to show, those that wish to know, where I have been.
