All Day Training
I’m exhausted. It’s amazing how tiring it is to sit in one spot for eight hours. More of the same tomorrow.

Life is a journey and, for me, running is a huge part of it. Just like a great run, it has easy and tough parts. It is beautiful at times and ugly at others. Hopefully, I will reach the finish feeling good about what I have accomplished and leave a long trail of bread crumbs to show, those that wish to know, where I have been.
Training is exhausting. They present you with new stuff. They bore you with old stuff. They make you sit for hours. They feed you carbo rich foods. Ugh.
I hope it is at least useful!

24 Jan 08 at 12:47 pm #the only thing harder than training is days-long conferences where you have to network and chat and be sociable AND listen to presentations all day. You spend all day thinking and crap. Hope the room was at least comfortable — they never seem to get it right — either too hot or too cold.
