It is Friday and I am charged with the task of writing. I haven’t really felt like writing lately. I did, however, promise that I would write about something “positive” every Friday.
So, as I search to find something “positive” to write about at the end of this less than perfect week, I remember Tuesday. This was the day that me, and a few of my closest friends, 600 to be exact) felt the need for a drink. We couldn’t wait until 5 pm, so we adopted the “It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere” approach.
Although it appears that our token male is drunk, this picture was snapped pre-cheers.

Life is a journey and, for me, running is a huge part of it. Just like a great run, it has easy and tough parts. It is beautiful at times and ugly at others. Hopefully, I will reach the finish feeling good about what I have accomplished and leave a long trail of bread crumbs to show, those that wish to know, where I have been.
